Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and solution‑focused Customer Support Representative who can communicate fluently in French and English. Working fully remotely, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
