Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative, working from home to assist customers in Spanish‑speaking regions. You will handle inquiries via chat, email and phone, providing friendly, solution‑focused service in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
