Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email and phone while delivering a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
