Reputation, PR & Budget Admin Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Reputation, PR & Budget Admin Specialist to support its communications and financial administration functions. In this role you will help protect and enhance Vodafone’s brand reputation while ensuring PR activities and budget processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reputation management initiatives and monitor brand sentiment.
• Support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns.
• Administer budget allocations for PR and reputation projects, tracking spend against forecasts.
• Prepare regular reports on reputation metrics, PR performance, and budget utilisation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across communications, finance and legal to ensure compliance and alignment.

Required profile

• Experience or education in communications, public relations, or financial administration.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a diverse, global environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
