About the role

The National Order of Chartered Accountants (ONEC) in the Democratic Republic of Congo is seeking a Responsable de stage to lead and coordinate the professional internship program for future chartered accountants. The role is based in Kinshasa and reports directly to the President of the National Internship Commission.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the internship programme in accordance with legal provisions and internal guidelines.
• Oversee daily activities of sub‑committees and ensure timely execution of decisions made by the National Internship Commission.
• Maintain administrative records of the commission and monitor progress of interns.
• Provide regular reports to the President of the National Internship Commission and to sub‑committees.
• Facilitate communication between interns, mentors, and the various commissions involved in training.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Experience in administrative management or coordination within a professional or regulatory body.
• Strong organisational and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French; knowledge of English is a plus.
