Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tshimenga Business Solutions is seeking a full‑time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth and support client acquisition and retention. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients, develop strategic sales and marketing plans, and help shape the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads through virtual meetings and follow‑up.
• Prepare proposals, manage sales pipelines, and track performance metrics.
• Create and refine marketing content, coordinate campaigns, and monitor digital channels.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on sales and customer‑engagement best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales activities with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Solid sales and sales‑management experience, including pipeline management and deal closure.
• Training skills to guide clients or teammates.
• Experience in marketing or business development with basic knowledge of digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools and good analytical/reporting capabilities.
• Highly organized, able to work independently in a remote setting, and proactive in problem‑solving.
• Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience (beneficial).
