Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will promote United Friends' College language programmes and translation services, generate new business leads and turn prospects into enrolled students or corporate clients. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kinshasa and works closely with academic and administrative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct outreach to individuals, organisations and corporate partners.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from initial contact through enrollment or service delivery.
• Coordinate promotional events and prepare compelling sales presentations.
• Track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect programme quality.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales management experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Experience presenting products or services to prospective learners and partners.
• Knowledge of campaign planning, digital outreach and local market analysis.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kinshasa, manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
• Proficiency in at least one international language (English or French); additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field preferred.
