Sales Customer Care Officer (Area)

About the role

The Sales Customer Care Officer (Area) is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing sales development initiatives to increase volumes and strengthen the customer portfolio within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role also ensures an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high satisfaction levels and overseeing timely, quality delivery of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a sales plan based on the approved sales strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Process customer orders and follow up to ensure prompt delivery in line with company policies.
• Gather and regularly update customer data to keep the database accurate.
• Identify constraints affecting product sales and report potential revenue streams or new opportunities.
• Initiate and manage relationships with internal and external customers in the local market.
• Achieve assigned sales volume and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers and monitor orders from placement through delivery.
• Monitor customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with relevant departments.
• Track competitors, market trends and customer needs to support retention and portfolio development.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Transport, Dispatch, Finance and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare periodic activity, financial and performance reports.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to execute sales plans and meet volume/revenue targets.
• Capability to manage customer relationships and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to work under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager.
