About the role
Rotana is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional service to our guests. You will lead sales activities across your portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive coverage of assigned accounts, targeting managerial and departmental executives to achieve sales targets.
- Implement and execute sales action plans, consistently exceeding set objectives.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals for both transient and group business.
- Generate and nurture sales leads for Rotana within the designated market area.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and provide actionable feedback to adjust strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of major accounts and support the accounts management system.
- Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize up‑selling opportunities.
Required profile
- Degree in Sales or related field with at least two years of post‑graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proficient computer skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest‑focused, proactive, and results‑driven with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- High integrity, professionalism, and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
