Sales & Marketing Representative (Hybrid, Kinshasa)

About the role

MarcTina Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join its team in Kinshasa on a contract basis. Working in a hybrid setting, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing clients, promoting a wide range of managed BPO and consulting services, and driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach campaigns and follow‑up on inbound inquiries.
• Present MarcTina’s service portfolio to B2B prospects and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute joint campaigns and gather market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track performance metrics.
• Provide responsive customer service and support post‑sale client onboarding.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and industry trends.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a hybrid environment and coordinate with international teams.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
