Sales & Marketing Specialist – Language School

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Specialist will drive enrollment and promote United Friends' College language programs and translation services in Kinshasa. Working on‑site, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective learners and corporate clients, helping them understand the value of our multilingual offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Promote language courses and translation services to individuals and businesses.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop pipelines to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
• Present program details, manage sales pipelines, and close deals.
• Coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align promotions with program schedules.
• Organise events, information sessions, and provide ongoing customer service.
• Track performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and propose strategies to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with learners, corporate clients, and internal teams.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to explain program offerings clearly.
• Proven sales and pipeline‑management experience.
• Basic knowledge of marketing campaign coordination and digital platforms.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Experience in education, language training, or service‑based organisations is a plus.
• Fluency in French and at least one additional language (English or a local language).
• Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
