Senior Accountant

About the role

Delice Foods, a food manufacturing facility specializing in mortadella and processed meat products, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead financial reporting, inventory control, and operational analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and monthly P&L reports.
• Maintain clean and reconciled trial balances and general ledger accounts.
• Manage supplier statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Oversee stock counts, inventory reconciliations, and inventory analysis.
• Prepare and analyze production, costing, and profitability reports.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, inventory accounting, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
