Senior Accountant – P2P, Travel & Expense, APA

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to lead the accounting, reconciliation and reporting for Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) transactions, travel & expense (T&E) and accounts payable activities. The role ensures accurate financial records, timely vendor payments and compliance with approval controls while working closely with finance and operations teams to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile P2P transactions and operational balances.
• Review and process employee expense claims.
• Manage vendor payments and perform AP reconciliations.
• Support month‑end close activities and prepare accounting schedules and reports.
• Monitor aged payables, outstanding balances and overdue vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with payment approval controls and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounting functions and meet key performance indicators.
