About the role
The Senior Officer, Supply Chain & Sales Integration will ensure seamless coordination between smelter operations, supply chain, warehouse and sales functions at Kamoa Copper Mine. The role focuses on material availability, inventory optimisation and aligning production plans with commercial commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee timely availability of materials and spare parts for smelter operations.
- Optimise inventory levels and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate Sulphuric Acid and Anode Copper production schedules with sales targets.
- Identify and resolve cross‑functional risks early.
- Align supply chain and procurement activities with operational needs.
- Monitor costs and expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and support working‑capital control.
- Provide regular finance and performance reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in smelting, mining, heavy industry or complex processing operations.
- Proven experience in cross‑functional coordination across operations, procurement and sales.
- Fluent business English; French and Swahili are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of DRC legislation, smelter operations, inventory optimisation and production planning.
