Team Leader - OFR

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to oversee the OFR unit, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service delivery. The role involves guiding a team, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of front‑line staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse results and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to align workflows and maintain effective communication.
• Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Organise and lead regular team meetings to set goals, share updates and resolve issues.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, providing timely resolutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Organised with solid time‑management capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities.
