Warehouse Team Leader

About the role

Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily workshop operations in Lubumbashi. You will ensure safe, efficient, and timely maintenance and repair services that meet customer expectations and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support workshop staff to achieve performance targets.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor workshop activities, ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Guarantee maintenance and repair work complies with Sandvik quality standards and customer requirements.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety and Environment culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor resource utilisation, productivity and workflow to optimise performance.
• Maintain tools, equipment and facilities in a safe, organised condition.
• Support employee development through training, mentoring and feedback.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service records and reporting.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and implement actions to enhance safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Congolese (DRC) citizen with an Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in logistics operations and customer‑facing environments.
• Ability to meet customer commitments and understand the impact of delays or quality issues.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
