Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
