Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues through chat, email and phone while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, product or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on finding solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
