Remote Sales Executive – Democratic Republic of Congo

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to manage our export and local sales activities for the copper‑cobalt related packaging sector in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role is fully remote and reports to the Marketing & Sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with local and international clients on order updates and provide regular status reports.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new industrial customers through cold calling, exhibitions and market research.
• Manage the full sales cycle: technical presentations, quotations, negotiations, product trials and order finalisation.
• Provide production planning guidance and ensure client approval of quality assurance plans.
• Monitor payment collection, arrange dispatch planning with logistics and guarantee timely order fulfilment.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in sales, preferably within the copper‑cobalt or packaging industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both local and export clients.
• Strong organisational and client‑coordination skills.
