Sales Director – EU

About the role

The Sales Director for the EU will shape and execute the sales strategy across Europe, driving new business acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will lead territory activities, forecast revenue, and ensure the commercial targets are met while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory sales plans to engage customers and win new accounts.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities using industry knowledge and existing networks.
• Create and review attack plans, aligning sales and marketing tactics to achieve targets.
• Project sales volume and profit for both existing and new products, regularly updating forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, competition, and supply‑demand dynamics.
• Forge strong internal partnerships to deliver tailored solutions and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain consistent sales development to improve margin contributions across the region.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in telecom, roaming, or carrier/software sales.
• Proven track record of leading commercial direction and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of roaming wholesale processes, data and financial clearing.
• Experience with best‑practice forecasting and strategic sales planning.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
