Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth of its printing products and services. You will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within target markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Promote the company's printing products and services to potential customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the printing industry.
• Strong understanding of printing technologies, products, and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
