About the role

The Senior Accountant – Reporting will oversee daily finance operations for M-Pesa Finance, ensuring robust financial controls and coordinating operational finance activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise finance operational activities and staff.
• Monitor daily reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
• Coordinate issue resolution across finance operations.
• Support process automation and system enhancements.
• Monitor operational risks and manage escalations.
• Assist audit and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in fintech or telecom preferred.
