About the role

We are seeking an experienced Rigger to join our construction projects in Mongbwalu, Ituri Province. The role involves preparing, installing, inspecting, using, and dismantling rigging systems to ensure the safe movement of heavy loads and equipment, working closely with lifting and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare loads for movement.
• Set up, align, and level heavy equipment.
• Inspect rigging before final use.
• Monitor equipment condition and perform required checks.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulations.
• Communicate clearly with riggers, operators, signalers, and construction crews.

Required profile

• State diploma or equivalent secondary education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a rigger.
• Valid rigging certification.
• In-depth knowledge of rigging gear and heavy machinery.
• Strong load‑calculation ability and excellent spatial perception.
• Good auditory and visual acuity.
