Site Manager – Architectural Finishes

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead architectural finishing works on a major airport terminal and its landside facilities in Kinshasa. Reporting to the Landside Construction Manager, you will oversee daily planning, coordination, and execution of high‑quality finishes, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily finishing activities across terminal and landside buildings.
• Develop short‑term execution plans aligned with project milestones.
• Monitor productivity, area completion, snag resolution and handover targets.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams.
• Collaborate with Structural, Civil, MEP, BIM, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and Project Controls teams.
• Supervise installation to match approved samples, mock‑ups and workmanship standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing, protection of completed works and final handover documentation.
• Promote a strong health‑and‑safety culture and ensure compliance with work‑at‑height, glazing, lifting and hot‑work procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural finishes and site management.
• Proven track record delivering high‑quality finishes on airport terminals, hotels, public or commercial buildings.
