Accountant

About the role

Normet, a global technology company serving the mining, tunnelling and construction sectors, is looking for an Accountant to join its finance team. You will support the full financial function, handling day‑to‑day processing, reconciliations and reporting across a worldwide operation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily financial processing tasks, including journal entries and transaction recording.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and contribute to periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the finance department in maintaining compliance with company policies and global accounting standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
