Grants, Administration, and Logistics Officer

About the role

The Grants, Administration, and Logistics Officer will support the Madini Safi project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, managing subawards, ensuring compliance, and coordinating logistics and office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee subaward issuance and management using Salesforce and Business Central, ensuring documentation complies with Pact policy.
• Conduct pre‑award due diligence and risk assessments of prospective subawardees, recommending special terms as needed.
• Prepare, coordinate, and review complete subaward packages.
• Support project logistics, including travel arrangements, meetings, workshops, record‑keeping, and operational follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with technical, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
• Report to and work under the supervision of the Finance and Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Experience managing the full subaward cycle from pre‑award to closeout.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and enforcement of organizational policies.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and administrative tasks across multiple teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for subaward management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central accounting system.
