Parts and Sales Manager – Chinese Mining Customers

About the role
Epiroc is seeking a Parts and Sales Manager to lead aftermarket parts sales for Chinese‑owned mining customers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Based in Kolwezi, you will drive revenue growth, expand market share and build strong relationships while ensuring safety, compliance and commercial excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer‑specific sales strategies for Chinese mining clients.
- Drive revenue, margin and market share across parts, consumables, components and remanufactured solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, understanding their operations and needs.
- Collaborate with planning and supply‑chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and parts availability, minimizing downtime.
- Support tenders, RFQs and pricing strategies; manage inventory solutions such as VMI.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, margins, OTIF, customer satisfaction) and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Uphold compliance and governance standards across all activities.
Required profile
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of aftermarket parts sales experience in mining or heavy equipment.
- Proven experience working directly with Chinese customers and understanding cultural nuances.
- Previous work experience in Africa; familiarity with the DRC is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; French proficiency is an asset.
