Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive business growth in vertical industries, focusing on the mining sector. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, understand operational challenges, and deliver tailored value propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business in vertical industries, especially mining.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify client pain points and present industry‑specific solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and business case presentations.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline users to C‑suite decision makers.
• Analyze contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly, and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate with presales, delivery, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless solution design and post‑sale satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client relationships in the mining industry.
• Familiarity with project operations, bidding processes, and procedures.
• Experience or knowledge of two‑way radio solutions, critical communication, command centre and CCTV.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a self‑motivated, results‑driven work style.
