About the role

The Senior Officer, Salvage will lead strategic control, recovery and refurbishment of rotable and salvageable components across the Kipushi mining operation, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal asset utilization.

Key responsibilities

Organise and coordinate rotable operations, salvage yard activities and component processing.
Oversee inventory integrity, stock code governance and ERP management for repair cycles.
Manage vendor relationships, risk, compliance and HSEQ integration throughout the salvage function.

Required profile

National Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics.
5+ years logistics experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in English; French preferred, Swahili advantageous.

Required skills

Operations, supply‑chain and logistics management.
Warehouse and inventory control, including ERP systems.
Computer literate – MS Office and JDE logistics software.
